For some, treatment will entail lifestyle changes or device therapy. However, if you are a simple snorer (without OSAS or UARS) who is not overweight, the choice of treatment is either an orthodontic splint or surgery. Splints may have dental complications and they might not be right for you.
If you have a blocked nose then nasal sprays may help, but if you have a physical condition such as a bent septum or bent nose causing blockage and obstruction, then surgery is the only option. We will always determine the appropriateness of non-surgical routes before advocating surgery.
